Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards with key metrics.
  • Design and manage analytical data tables.
  • Set up data collection, parsing, and processing from various sources.
  • Automate reporting and prepare analytics for HR and management.
  • Ensure data quality and relevance.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to integrate analytical tools.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an analyst.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python, including applications beyond standard analytics.
  • Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Superset).
  • Familiarity with ETL principles is a plus.
