As a HR Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in monitoring key HR metrics, uncovering insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You'll work closely with our HR teams to develop dashboards, analyze performance, and drive improvements based on data.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards with key metrics.
- Design and manage analytical data tables.
- Set up data collection, parsing, and processing from various sources.
- Automate reporting and prepare analytics for HR and management.
- Ensure data quality and relevance.
- Collaborate with HR and IT to integrate analytical tools.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as an analyst.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python, including applications beyond standard analytics.
- Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Superset).
- Familiarity with ETL principles is a plus.
