About the job SERM Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring search engine results (Google, Yandex, etc.) for negative content and brand mentions

  • Analyzing the sentiment of search results and preparing regular analytical reports

  • Developing and implementing a search engine reputation management (SERM) strategy

  • Collaborating with PR, marketing, and technical teams to coordinate joint initiatives

  • Responding promptly to negative content in search results and participating in crisis communication

  • Optimizing and promoting content in collaboration with SEO specialists

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented measures and providing suggestions for improvement

  • Maintaining project documentation, monitoring task deadlines, and participating in the budgeting of ORM activities

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in SERM/ORM

  • Understanding of SEO principles and search engine algorithms

  • Proficiency with monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Brand24, SimilarWeb, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica)

  • Ability to systematically work with large volumes of information, identify trends, and formulate recommendations

  • Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive reputation management strategies

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different departments

  • Higher education in marketing, PR, communications, or related fields
