Key Responsibilities
Lead generation (B2B, English-speaking markets): Research and attract new leads from targeted markets
Outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn): Develop and execute effective outreach strategies
Handling inbound responses and objection handling: Manage incoming responses and address objections
Lead qualification: Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for further action
Analyzing key metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, perform A/B testing of strategies
Lead generation process optimization: Optimize lead generation processes and work with automation tools
What's important for this role
At least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation in English-speaking markets
Proven ability to develop and implement lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives
Experience working with automation tools for email and LinkedIn outreach
Skills in creating lead lists based on hypotheses
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Deep understanding of organizational structures and trends in the IT sector
Strong analytical skills
Ability to optimize and automate lead generation processes
In-depth understanding of key lead generation metrics
English and Russian proficiency at C1 level
