Do you have experience with automation tools and a deep understanding of client structures? If so, we are looking for an experienced B2B SDR with strong analytical skills to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation (B2B, English-speaking markets): Research and attract new leads from targeted markets

  • Outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn): Develop and execute effective outreach strategies

  • Handling inbound responses and objection handling: Manage incoming responses and address objections

  • Lead qualification: Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team for further action

  • Analyzing key metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, perform A/B testing of strategies

  • Lead generation process optimization: Optimize lead generation processes and work with automation tools

What's important for this role

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation in English-speaking markets

  • Proven ability to develop and implement lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Experience working with automation tools for email and LinkedIn outreach

  • Skills in creating lead lists based on hypotheses

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Deep understanding of organizational structures and trends in the IT sector

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to optimize and automate lead generation processes

  • In-depth understanding of key lead generation metrics

  • English and Russian proficiency at C1 level
