As the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IT operational strategies that align with business needs. You will lead IT teams, manage infrastructure, and ensure optimal performance of IT services across the organization. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an IT operations strategy that aligns with the needs of various departments.
  • Manage centralized and local IT systems while optimizing IT architecture.
  • Ensure availability and performance of IT services across all business units.
  • Develop and train the IT team, including hiring and onboarding new employees.
  • Organize and oversee the work of external IT vendors and service providers.
  • Establish and monitor SLA/KPI metrics for IT outsourcing providers.
  • Conduct tenders, negotiations, and contract agreements for IT services.
  • Manage IT licensing, procurement, and budgeting.
  • Optimize costs related to IT infrastructure, services, and user support.
  • Develop and implement IT service standards across multiple companies within the holding.
  • Manage access control and data security across all holding divisions.
  • Implement security policies (IAM, SSO, MFA, SIEM, DLP).
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, 152-FZ, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications (ITIL, PMP, COBIT, ISO 27001, AWS/Azure, CCNA) are a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT Operations, DevOps, system administration, or IT infrastructure.
  • Proven experience in managing IT teams (5+ members) and external contractors.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience in organizing and optimizing IT processes, automation, and change management.
  • Proficiency in ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, etc.).
  • Experience in IT infrastructure budgeting and cost optimization.
  • Incident, problem, and change management expertise (ITIL framework).
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure design and administration (servers, networks, storage, databases).
  • Strong cybersecurity and access management skills.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Splunk, ELK Stack).
