Team Lead Media Buyer (FB Ads)

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead Media Buyer specializing in Facebook Ads to manage and scale performance marketing campaigns in the crypto vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advertising strategies and optimize campaigns on Facebook Ads.

• Test hypotheses and implement innovative approaches to maximize campaign efficiency.

• Set tasks for designers, farmers, integrators, and copywriters.

• Analyze campaign data, prepare detailed reports, and make data-driven decisions.

• Independently launch and manage the buying process, and upon reaching stable results hire, train, and lead a team of media buyers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in crypto media buying and specifically in Facebook Ads.

• Knowledge of cloaking tools, market trends, and a portfolio of successful case studies.

• Strong leadership skills, analytical mindset, adaptability, and flexibility.

• Solid experience managing large advertising budgets.

Challenges 

• Constant search for and testing of effective funnel and bundle combinations in an environment of frequent bans and unstable traffic.

• Tight deadlines for launching and optimizing new funnels with a rapid hypothesis testing cycle.

• Building or adapting processes from scratch with limited resources at the start.

• High level of accountability for traffic, budgets, and lead generation KPIs.
