Focus: Strategic Ownership of a Product Stream (Mining / Crypto Exchange / B2B / or other)

We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to own and drive an entire product stream within EMCD. This is a senior-level role with end-to-end ownership from discovery and roadmap creation to launch, growth, and business performance.

Depending on your background, you could lead one of the following tracks:

  • Mining Infrastructure (BTC Pools) requires understanding of BTC mining, PoW, and mining pool economics
  • Exchange (Spot, Derivatives) strong knowledge of trading mechanics, exchanges, margin trading, and monetization strategies
  • B2B Products proven record of launching B2B services from zero, strong focus on PMF and customer development.

Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for your product unit

  • Build Discovery and Delivery processes almost from the ground up
  • Own product roadmap and drive execution with cross-functional teams

  • Launch and grow products in new and complex markets

  • Represent product direction in conversations with stakeholders and C-levels

  • Translate strategic business goals into actionable product work

  • Guide your team in balancing delivery, iteration, and innovation

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in product roles, including strategic ownership

  • Strong understanding of your domain (mining, trading, or B2B fintech)

  • Experience leading cross-functional squads and driving end-to-end launches

  • Confident in product analytics, growth metrics, and data-driven decision-making

  • Ability to operate under uncertainty and build structure from scratch

  • Fluent English (B2+) and Russian (C1+)
