About the job Head of SMM
Are you passionate about building a brand presence on social media and driving engagement across global markets? Do you have a knack for creating impactful strategies, leading teams, and optimizing marketing funnels? If so, we are looking for an experienced Head of SMM & Digital Marketing to join our team and lead the development and execution of our social media strategy!
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing SMM strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive approach to brand promotion across social media platforms.
- Leading the SMM team: Manage a team of content creators, copywriters, and designers to deliver high-quality content and campaigns.
- Expanding into new regions: Develop strategies for scaling social media presence into international markets.
- Creating marketing funnels: Build mechanisms to attract audiences, increase engagement, and drive conversions into sales.
- Content planning: Participate in content planning, developing themes and formats for posts.
- Analyzing metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize them.
- Paid promotion tools: Launch and test advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Collaborations and partnerships: Identify and implement cross-marketing activities with other brands and influencers.
- Reputation management: Monitor reviews and mentions, engage with the community to maintain a positive brand image.
- Process optimization: Automate SMM processes and implement new tools for the efficient functioning of the team.
What We Expect from You:
- 4-5 years of experience in SMM and digital marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in English at B2-C1 level ability to communicate effectively on international markets.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and their implementation in social media.
- Experience working with social media analytics ability to analyze data and optimize content strategy.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Team management skills ability to structure processes and increase team efficiency.
- Experience working with influencers and partners understanding how to integrate the brand into content naturally.
- Content marketing skills knowledge of how to create content that resonates with the audience.
- Awareness of digital marketing trends ability to quickly adapt to new algorithms and promotional mechanics.
