As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach, youll be instrumental in scaling Agile processes, coaching teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between feature teams, platform teams, and leadership to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
- Support Agile processes in multiple product teams (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe).
- Facilitate key Agile rituals: sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, grooming, and demos.
- Implement Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, lead time, flow efficiency) and tailor them to business needs.
- Coach and mentor teams, conducting Agile training (story points, poker planning, backlog refinement).
- Streamline collaboration between feature and platform teams, managing dependencies.
- Lead Scrum of Scrums (SoS) and resolve cross-team dependencies.
- Work with cross-functional departments to enhance processes and Agile adoption.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, team health checks, and new methodologies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in product teams (IT, fintech, crypto, or trading is a plus).
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale and their business adaptation.
- Proven track record of launching Agile processes from scratch and working in large-scale Agile structures.
- Experience with Agile metrics and their impact on business outcomes.
- Strong facilitation skills, group dynamics management, and conflict resolution experience.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and software development processes.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and other Agile tools.
- Certifications (PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, SAFe, LeSS) are a plus.

- Working with leadership teams to align expectations, sync with business metrics, and drive change.
- Engaging with complex technical products in crypto, fintech, and trading.
