Deputy CTO

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple development teams ensuring timely, high-quality delivery

• Drive technical strategy implementation and architectural decisions

• Mentor and develop team members

• Improve engineering practices and standards (code review, CI/CD)

• Oversee large technical projects and manage risks

• Collaborate with product, business, and support teams

• Evaluate and implement new technologies

• Represent technical function in C-level meetings

• Ensure product security with CISO and CTO

Requirements

• Experience managing engineering teams (15+ people)

• Strong software development and architecture background

• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, testing processes

• Experience improving engineering standards

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence

• Higher technical education or equivalent experience

• Fluent Russian, English sufficient for documentation and partner communication
