Job Openings Sales Manager (TREA Product)

About the job Sales Manager (TREA Product)

TREA (Tokenized Real Estate Assets) is an investment product by EMCD that enables investors to acquire fractional ownership (Units) in real-world real estate assets, backed by a transparent economic model combining rental income with potential capital appreciation.

TREA blends the advantages of traditional real estate investing with the convenience of EMCDs digital infrastructure: a three-click purchase flow, secure custody of ownership rights, regular payouts, and built-in liquidity mechanisms through buybacks and a secondary market.

The Sales Manager for the TREA product is a professional who bridges the worlds of traditional investments and digital technology. The core mission of this role is to establish, grow, and sustain long-term, trust-based partnerships with clients.

Role Description

  • TREA sales development: Actively attract and manage investors, clearly demonstrating the value proposition of the TREA product and the broader EMCD ecosystem.

  • Client engagement: Identify client needs, build trusted relationships, and provide personalized support at every stage of the client journey—from onboarding to payouts.

  • Partner network: Develop and maintain relationships with agents, brokers, and strategic partners to promote the product and expand market reach.

  • Educational communication: Explain the benefits of TREA in clear, accessible language (avoiding crypto-specific jargon) and effectively address objections related to liquidity, taxation, licensing, and other concerns.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, technical support, and other teams to enhance the competitiveness and market fit of the offering.

  • CRM and analytics: Maintain the client database, analyze the sales funnel, and contribute insights and proposals for improving the product and sales processes.

  • Reporting and KPIs: Provide regular analytical reports and consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales growth and client acquisition.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, private banking, or investment products.

  • Solid understanding of investment principles, real estate, or fintech (experience in the UAE is a strong advantage).

  • Proven ability to explain complex concepts in simple, clear, and confident terms without unnecessary technical detail.

  • Strong negotiation skills, client communication abilities, and a track record of building trust-based relationships.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and basic analytical tools.

  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher; Arabic is a plus.

  • Results-driven mindset, strong self-organization, and a proactive attitude.
