Responsibilities
- Active Search for New Opportunities: Identifying and attracting strategic partners and institutional clients in the OTC segment, negotiating, and closing deals with key players in the crypto market.
- Deal Management: Organizing and overseeing over-the-counter (OTC) transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining transparency throughout the process.
- Collaboration with Internal Departments: Coordinating with department heads (finance, compliance, marketing, product) to integrate initiatives and implement a unified business development strategy.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring cryptocurrency trends, with a particular focus on the stablecoin segment, and forecasting market dynamics for timely response to changes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the crypto, fintech, or IT industries.
- Deep understanding of OTC transactions and over-the-counter trading, as well as experience working with institutional investors.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills at the executive level.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to process large volumes of data and predict market trends.
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, including stablecoin operations, is a plus.
- Proficiency in modern BD methodologies and project management systems.
