Were looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can identify, qualify, and engage miners from the CIS region to join our mining pool. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the mining market, knows what motivates individual miners and large operators, and thrives in cold outbound communication. This role isn't just about finding contacts its about building a systematic flow of qualified connections through channels like Telegram, forums, email campaigns, and social media.
What You'll Be Doing

Identifying and attracting miners across the CIS region

Creating and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, Telegram, forums, social platforms)

Handling inbound inquiries and managing objections effectively

Qualifying leads and handing them over to the sales or onboarding team

Analyzing performance metrics and testing new strategies

Streamlining and automating lead generation workflows

What You'll Need to Succeed

2+ years in outbound lead generation or SDR roles

Understanding of the crypto mining landscape; knowledge of ICPs (from solo miners to hosting providers) is a plus
