Project Manager Localization

Responsibilities:

• Translating company products into new languages organizing and overseeing the localization process (15%)
• Maintaining and updating existing translations keeping localizations up to date with new features and changes in functionality (30%)
• Coordinating with translators and agencies: sourcing, hiring, translation management, deadlines and quality control (15%)
• Working with the marketing team: localization of landing pages, ads, email campaigns and social media content (15%)
• Supporting the sales team: preparing commercial offers, presentations, and other documents in various languages (5%)
• Setting up and managing localization platforms (poEditor or etc.) (10%)
• Testing localized versions of products: identification of linguistic and cultural errors (10%)
• Localizing internal processes: adapting internal documents, guides and instructions (20%)

Additionally:

• Sourcing new translators and contractors

• Collaborating with local communities for proofreading and feedback

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in a localization or translation project management role

• Fluent English (C1 or higher)

• Experience in working with different markets and language groups (APAC, LATAM, MENA, EU)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks

Would be an advantage:

• Proficiency in additional foreign languages

• Previous experience in the field of Tech & IT

• Knowledge of CAT tools and localization platforms (e.g. poEditor, Crowdin, Smartcat)
