If so, we are looking for an experienced Head of HR Operations & C&B to lead our global compensation strategy and drive HR excellence across the organization!

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits (C&B):

  • Develop and implement a global compensation and benefits strategy that covers all key regions.
  • Manage policies related to grading, compensation, bonuses, and long-term incentives.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.

HR Operations:

  • Optimize administrative processes within HR.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Work with HR systems and analytics to improve HR operations.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations and/or C&B in a similar role or as an HR Business Partner with deep knowledge of compensation processes.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and HR analytics.
  • Experience managing organizational changes.
  • Practical experience working with HR systems.
  • Expertise in compensation and benefits.
  • Experience conducting market analysis and benchmarking.
  • Skills in managing global and regional compensation systems.
