Key Responsibilities:

• Developing PR strategy - creating and implementing a plan to promote the brand in the media and professional community
• Working with media and journalists - establishing, maintaining and developing contacts with international specialized and business media.
• Content writing and editing - preparation of news, press releases, articles, commentaries and other publications in Russian and English
• PR-campaigns for the funder - organizing interviews, speeches, publications and quotations of the funder in the media
• Development of personal PR team - promotion of key employees of the company, initiation of publications and expert comments
• Analyzing the effectiveness of PR-activities - monitoring mentions, evaluating the results of campaigns and adjusting the strategy
• Working with infoprovods - search and generation of relevant topics for publications, creation of news infoprovods
• Crisis communications - prompt response to reputational risks, development of anti-crisis scenarios

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in PR, preferably in Web3, fintech or IT
• Writing skills - ability to create high-quality materials in Russian and Englis
• Experience of working with international media - understanding of the specifics of foreign publications and journalist
• Media relations - have a base of contacts in specialized and business media
• English B2-C1 - ability to communicate with foreign journalists and partners
• Experience in organizing interviews and public speeches
• Understanding of PR-metrics and analytics - ability to evaluate the effectiveness of publications and adjust the strategy
