As a Product Analyst, youll play a crucial role in monitoring key metrics, uncovering insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements based on data.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key product metrics.
• Collect, clean, and prepare data (create datasets for research, build aggregates and data marts for dashboards).
• Identify insights from data and propose hypotheses for product improvements.
• Evaluate and analyze the impact of product changes on key metrics.
• Support the team with a structured approach to problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python, including applications beyond standard analytics.
• Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Superset).
• Solid understanding of statistics and analytical methodologies.
• Familiarity with ETL principles is a plus.
