Head of Sales Enablement plays a strategic role in the development of the companys commercial functions. This specialist is responsible for creating, implementing, and improving training programs and tools that help sales teams effectively engage with clients and achieve business objectives. The main task is to establish a systematic approach to learning and support that ensures steady sales growth and enhanced productivity.
Role description
- Training Organization: Develop and implement training programs for sales teams, including training sessions, workshops, and online courses, with a focus on company products and their competitive advantages.
- Collaboration with Marketing and HR: Work with the marketing and HR departments to align materials, corporate culture, and training standards.
- Management of LMS and Tools: Implement, configure, and manage learning management systems (LMS) and tools to enhance team productivity.
- Updating and Adapting Materials: Create and regularly update content (guides, presentations, training courses) to meet current market needs and product changes.
- Analysis and Optimization: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and tools through metrics and feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Sales Support: Conduct individual and team coaching, organize events for knowledge sharing and employee motivation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, training, or project management.
- Practical experience with implementing LMS, developing training programs, and managing learning initiatives.
- Analytical skills and the ability to work with data (report building, KPI evaluation).
- Knowledge of CRM, LMS, and other sales support tools.
- High level of strategic and critical thinking.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with marketing, HR, and other departments.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Russian and English.
