Head of Analytics

Role description

We're looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Analytics to lead and scale our data function across the company. This is a strategic leadership role where youll be responsible for building a high-performing analytics organization, aligning data initiatives with business goals, and driving product and business decisions through insights.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the analytics function across the company, developing scalable processes and structures for product, marketing, commercial, and operational analytics teams.
• Define and implement a company-wide reporting system and performance monitoring framework.
• Conduct comprehensive research into product usage and customer behavior, uncovering trends and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with C-level executives, engineering, product, commercial, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between business strategy and analytical priorities.
• Present research results and strategic recommendations to company leadership, turning data into actionable business insights.
• Develop motivation and development systems for analytics team leads and foster a culture of excellence across the department.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Head of Analytics or similar senior leadership role, ideally within fintech or crypto-related products.
• 10+ years of experience as a data or product analyst with a strong technical background.
• A university degree in a technical or economic field from a top institution.
• Proven experience in managing distributed and cross-functional analytics teams.
• Track record of building analytics teams and processes from the ground up.
• Strong knowledge of modern analytics tools and frameworks: SQL, Python, Airflow, DBT, cloud platforms, BI tools, and Amplitude.
• Strategic thinking, a proactive mindset, and exceptional communication skills for engaging with top management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages (e.g., Russian, Arabic, Spanish) are a plus.
