About the job Head of CRM

As a Head of CRM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer relationships through various CRM channels. Your role will involve optimizing the customer journey, personalizing communications, and leading a team to ensure seamless CRM operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop CRM Strategy: Formulate and implement strategies for engaging with customers across CRM channels (email, push notifications, Telegram, WhatsApp, sales, and customer relations), managing the customer lifecycle effectively.
  • Manage CRM Communications: Optimize the customer journey based on behavioral data, implementing personalized tactics for conversion and retention.
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Oversee data quality, manage database segmentation, and create personalized trigger campaigns to enhance retention.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Evaluate the effectiveness of segmented campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and continuously improve CRM strategies.
  • Process Automation: Collaborate with CRM Automation/Operation (Integrator) to ensure seamless processes between communication channels and the sales team.
  • Team Coordination: Lead the CRM team (including CRM Automation Manager, Product CRM Managers, CVM Manager), assign tasks, and monitor their execution.
  • Partner and Vendor Management: Engage with external services to automate and personalize CRM processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM, preferably within product teams (Crypto, Web3, FinTech).
  • Deep knowledge of CRM marketing, customer analytics, and process automation.
  • Experience with CRM and CDP systems (such as Customer, HubSpot), and personalization tools.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools (Power BI, GA4, Appsflyer, etc.).
  • Experience in developing retention strategies and increasing LTV, including conducting A/B tests.
  • Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work with large data volumes, attention to detail.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment.

  • Optimize the customer journey and increase conversion at all funnel stages: marketing, product, sales.
  • Create personalized automated tactics for conversion and retention.
  • Implement innovative solutions to increase LTV and reduce customer churn.
  • Ensure seamless integration of CRM and CDP with other company business processes.
  • Coordinate complex projects with high uncertainty.

  • Increase in conversion rates for first-time and repeat purchases.
  • Growth in LTV and reduction in customer churn.
  • Implementation of automated communications and their synchronization with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Increase in user engagement in product communications.
