Responsibilities:

  • Establishing strong and productive relationships with new clients and maintaining a high level of satisfaction with existing partners;
  • Conducting negotiations, identifying client needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements;
  • Demonstrating the benefits of the full range of EMCD products and services, including mining tools, analytics, and fintech solutions;
  • Attracting new clients through cold contacts, networking, and participation in industry events;
  • Collecting and analyzing market data, studying the competitive environment, evaluating customer behavior, and providing recommendations for process improvements;
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, technical support, and other departments to enhance the competitiveness of offers;
  • Developing strategies to increase the average transaction value by introducing additional services and products;
  • Regularly providing analytical reports and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and customer base development.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (preferably in marketing, management, IT, economics, or psychology);
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2C or B2B sectors;
  • A deep understanding of the ecosystem approach to client relations;
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with data;
  • High technical literacy (knowledge of blockchain technologies, mining, and related products will be a plus);
  • Experience with CRM systems;
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present complex solutions in simple terms;
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnership relationships;
  • Ability to plan work independently and achieve results in an autonomous work environment;
  • Proactivity, flexibility, goal-orientation, and willingness to work in a fast-evolving industry;
  • Intermediate (B1) English or higher.
  • Proficiency in the Russian language.
