Backend Developer (Indexes)

Were seeking a Backend Developer to join our Indexes product team. You will play a key role in developing scalable backend infrastructure, designing intelligent asset-buying algorithms, and optimizing the performance of a fintech product focused on index-based investments. This is a hands-on position with real impact on architecture, product evolution, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Developing the backend for the Indexes product
• Designing and refining proprietary algorithms for optimal asset buyback strategies
• Improving APIs for user management, fee calculation, and index composition
• Integrating with payment gateways, internal services, and CRM systems
• Optimizing and scaling backend systems to support rapid growth
• Enhancing monitoring, logging, and system security

Requirements:

• Experience working with high-load systems
• Strong proficiency in Go, with Python as a plus
• Background in fintech, crypto, or blockchain products
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both product and technical teams
