As a Sales Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in monitoring key sales metrics, uncovering insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You'll work closely with our Sales and Commercial teams to develop dashboards, analyze sales performance, and drive improvements based on data.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key sales and acquisition metrics.
  • Collect, clean, and prepare data (create datasets for research, build aggregates and data marts for dashboards).
  • Identify insights from data and propose hypotheses for optimizing sales strategies.
  • Evaluate and analyze the impact of sales initiatives on key business metrics.
  • Support team with structured data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an analyst.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Python, including applications beyond standard analytics.
  • Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Superset).
  • Solid understanding of sales analytics, conversion funnels, and customer segmentation.
  • Familiarity with ETL principles is a plus.
  • Fluency in Russian - the core team communicates in Russian, so this is essential for day-to-day collaboration.
  • English B1-B2.
