Business Development Operations Manager

We are looking for a BD Operations Manager to join our team and drive the efficiency of our business development processes! 

Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Standardizing and improving workflows within the Business Development team.
Cross-Team Coordination: Managing communication between BDM and other departments (Product, Marketing, Finance, Compliance, etc.) to ensure seamless collaboration.
Performance Management: Setting strategic goals, monitoring KPIs, and adjusting development strategies based on key performance indicators.
Automation & Analytics: Implementing reporting tools and analytics using Atlassian, Bitrix24, and Power BI to track performance in real time.
Top-Level Reporting: Ensuring that BD operations align with the expectations of top management and the companys founder.
Team Growth & Development: Supporting and mentoring the BDM team, organizing training, and enhancing motivation systems.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in operational management within BDM/Sales in FinTech, IT, Web3, or crypto industries.
Deep understanding of business development and process management.
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
Experience with Atlassian, Bitrix24, and Power BI.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly and implement changes effectively.
