AI Integration Specialist

EMCD is seeking an AI Integration Specialist to bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI tools and real-world business impact. In this role, you'll lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance our internal processes and drive innovation across the company.

We're considering candidates with Russian level C1 or higher and English level B1+

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements
• Research, test, and evaluate AI tools for potential integration
• Develop integration strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions
• Ensure AI tools meet security and compliance standards
• Monitor and optimize the performance of implemented AI solutions
• Train and support staff in adopting new AI technologies

Requirements:

• Proven experience with AI tools and technologies (e.g., chatbots, NLP, machine learning models)
• Strong understanding of AI/ML principles and modern automation technologies
• Experience integrating AI solutions into business processes
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with APIs and system integrations is a plus
