Responsibilities

• Monitor company assets and manage liquidity;
• Prepare daily and ad-hoc liquidity reports;
• Work with exchanges across various jurisdictions, managing operations and optimizing processes;
• Monitor and analyze transaction fees to reduce costs;
• Identify new opportunities to increase profitability on crypto exchanges;
• Participate in strategic planning to enhance liquidity and scale operations;
• Handle fiat accounts, including SWIFT and SEPA transactions (as a plus);

Requirements

• Experience working with crypto exchanges (Binance, Kraken, KuCoin, OKX, Gate, etc.);
• Understanding of exchange operations across different jurisdictions and regulatory requirements;
• Knowledge of AML/Compliance processes;
• Experience managing assets in both fiat and crypto systems;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial data;
• Ability to identify and implement profit-increasing strategies, including arbitrage;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or crypto-related projects.
