Head of Operations

We're looking for a Head of Operations to lead and scale operational processes in a fast-paced tech company. If you're experienced in managing cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiency, and scaling businesses join us!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the operational strategy in line with the company's goals.

• Coordinate collaboration between key departments: product, development, compliance, marketing, finance, sales, etc.

• Lead organizational change management initiatives, including transitions to new operational models, implementation of new platforms, processes, and methodologies.

• Optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and standardize internal procedures.

• Identify and mitigate operational risks, develop crisis management scenarios.

• Ensure a high level of SLA (Service Level Agreement) for both internal and external processes.

• Build a quality control system for operational activities and conduct regular audits of internal processes.

• Manage the growth and scaling of operations in a fast-paced business environment, including market expansions and new product launches.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of operational management experience in a scalable technology company, preferably in Web3, crypto, or fintech.

• Proven experience in building metrics, reporting frameworks, and data-driven decision-making systems.

• Experience working with international markets and jurisdictions, including the US and EU.

• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira).

• Ability to thrive in a high-paced, multitasking environment.
