About the job Head of Operations
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the operational strategy in line with the company's goals.

Coordinate collaboration between key departments: product, development, compliance, marketing, finance, sales, etc.

Lead organizational change management initiatives, including transitions to new operational models, implementation of new platforms, processes, and methodologies.

Optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and standardize internal procedures.

Identify and mitigate operational risks, develop crisis management scenarios.

Ensure a high level of SLA (Service Level Agreement) for both internal and external processes.

Build a quality control system for operational activities and conduct regular audits of internal processes.

Manage the growth and scaling of operations in a fast-paced business environment, including market expansions and new product launches.
Requirements:

10+ years of operational management experience, with at least 5 years in a scalable technology company, preferably in Web3, crypto, or fintech.

Proven experience in building metrics, reporting frameworks, and data-driven decision-making systems.

Experience working with international markets and jurisdictions, including the US and EU.

Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira).

Ability to thrive in a high-paced, multitasking environment.
