Team Lead Media Buyer (Google Ads)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer with a focus on Google Ads to lead performance marketing campaigns in the crypto vertical.

This is a hands-on role with leadership potential: youll start by running campaigns independently and, upon achieving stable results, build and manage your own team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize advertising strategies and campaigns on Google platforms Search, YouTube, etc).

• Test hypotheses and implement innovative approaches to improve campaign performance.

• Set tasks for designers, farmers, integrators, and copywriters.

• Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.

• Independently manage the full buying process, and once consistent results are achieved hire, train, and manage a media buying team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in crypto media buying and hands-on expertise in Google Ads, including understanding

  of account systems and warming up accounts.

• Knowledge of cloaking tools, market trends, and successful case studies in the niche.

• Strong leadership skills, analytical mindset, and adaptability.

• Experience managing large advertising budgets.
  

Challenges 

• Continuous search for effective funnel setups and bundles in an environment of frequent bans and

  unstable traffic.

• Tight deadlines for launching and optimizing new funnels with a fast hypothesis testing cycle.

• Building or adapting processes from scratch with limited resources during the initial stage.

• High responsibility for traffic volumes, budgets, and lead generation KPIs.
