We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Spotlight HUB by attracting promising cryptocurrency projects and developing cross-marketing partnerships. This role involves active collaboration with PR teams, influencers, and media platforms, as well as coordinating the entire listing process and related marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and attracting high-potential crypto projects for listing on the platform.
  • Negotiating with project representatives, building long-term partnerships, and securing cooperation agreements.
  • Developing and offering optimal listing packages for new projects and ensuring successful deal closure.
  • Organizing joint marketing campaigns with listed projects to maximize exposure and audience growth.
  • Engaging with PR agencies, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and media platforms (such as Cointelegraph, CoinDesk, etc.) to enhance project and platform visibility.
  • Managing the end-to-end listing process for new tokens/projects and coordinating all related marketing activities while ensuring compliance with deadlines and platform requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Deep understanding of the crypto market, blockchain ecosystem, and industry trends.
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken) for negotiations with international partners.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexibly with teams across different time zones.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of new projects onboarded for listing on the platform (monthly).
  • Total revenue generated from listing packages and services.
  • Increase in new token holders/on-chain wallets acquired through listings.
  • Growth in trading volume for newly listed projects on the platform.
  • Retention rate of onboarded projects (percentage of projects that continue collaboration and development on the platform).
