Are you passionate about creating efficient HR processes and optimizing workflows? Do you want to be a key part of a dynamic team, handling onboarding, offboarding, and the automation of HR systems? If so, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team!

What you will be doing:

  • Onboarding new employees:
    • Request and process necessary documents.
    • Prepare and sign services agreements.
    • Assist employees with connecting to work systems (Slack, Jira, etc.).
    • Organize smooth onboarding, including conducting Welcome meetings (organizational questions) and helping create profiles in corporate services.
  • Offboarding employees:
    • Coordinate tasks between related departments (accounting, legal, CISO).
    • Prepare and sign documents for terminating services agreements.
    • Conduct terminations via the HRM system.
  • Equipment management:
    • Receive requests for equipment, coordinate and approve purchases via Jira.
    • Create tasks for the finance department for payment or reimbursement.
    • Prepare documents and assist employees with ordering and shipping equipment.
  • Documents and data:
    • Prepare and maintain documentation related to promotions/demotions, changes in employee data.
    • Store and manage employee personal documents.
    • Manually update HR department tables as needed.
    • Reconcile and adjust employee leave data with accounting.
    • Update data in the HRM system with the help of a developer.
  • Corporate tasks:
    • Celebrate employee birthdays and significant events (in both Russian and English).
    • Support HR Operations in improving processes (onboarding, offboarding, equipment management).
    • Develop and update company regulations and rules (in both Russian and English).
    • Automate HR processes.
    • Implement organizational structure changes in HRM and relevant documentation.

What we expect from you:

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English (fluent speaking and writing without the need for translators, able to communicate with native speakers on any topic).
  • Experience working with HRM systems or transitioning to new HRM platforms.
  • Document management skills and understanding of HR processes.
  • Experience automating HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, equipment management).
