Responsibilities

• Conducting KYC/KYB checks of counterparties and clients (via SumSub)

• Onboarding the company and its products to third parties (exchanges, banks, payment solutions)

• Participating in the development of compliance processes and internal procedures

• Acting as a compliance specialist in the companys products and projects

• Cooperating with AML specialists in the context of identified high-risk cases and investigations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a KYC/KYB specialist in a financial or cryptocurrency organization

• Experience in the crypto industry: understanding the differences between crypto networks, various types of virtual assets, and the specifics of compliance in the crypto sector (SoF/SoW specifics, etc.)

• Experience working in a high-risk industry will be an advantage

Challenges

• A variety of tasks requiring simultaneous participation in multiple processes

• A large amount of manual work: collecting and preparing documents, analyzing client and partner cases, etc.

• Operating in a weakly regulated field
