Affiliate Manager

EMCD is a global Web3 infrastructure company building a complete ecosystem that includes Pool, Coinhold, Wallet, Exchange, and P2P products.

We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Manager to scale and strengthen our global partner network in the crypto / trading / exchange space.

You will play a key role in driving user acquisition, building long-term partnerships, and optimizing affiliate performance across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, onboard, and develop partners in the crypto / trading / KOL ecosystem.
• Work closely with affiliate teams, trading communities, and influencers.
• Build and scale affiliate programs across CPA / Hybrid / RevShare models.
• Negotiate and structure custom partnership deals.
• Analyze traffic quality and performance metrics: FTD, deposits, turnover, LTV, retention.
• Collaborate with Product & Analytics teams to improve conversion and trading volumes.
• Represent the company at industry events (Token2049, Consensus, etc.).
• Build and manage a strong affiliate pipeline and achieve acquisition KPIs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Business Development within crypto, trading, or exchanges.
• Strong understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, FTD, churn, revenue share.
• Knowledge of influencer funnels and traffic monetization.
• Proven experience acquiring partners for trading platforms /exchanges.
• Ability to work with high-volume traffic and high-ticket audiences.
• Understanding of compliance and risk considerations in crypto.
• Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.
• Russian, English Intermediate or higher; Spanish is a plus.

• Experience working with CIS and Tier-1 markets.
