About the job Product Marketing Manager (Mining)
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the growth of EMCDs Mining Pool product on international markets. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of crypto mining with strong strategic and analytical marketing skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop a long-term product marketing strategy for the Mining Pool across global markets, targeting:
+25% MAU growth within 12 months
+15% D30 retention increase and 20% CAC reduction
- Build a clear acquisition funnel for miners from awareness to active mining with transparent metrics at each stage.

Collaborate with the Brand team to develop and implement a strong branding and positioning system that
differentiates EMCD from competitors. -
Partner with the Product team to identify and address miner needs, improving UX and increasing LTV.

Initiate and launch at least 3 product features per quarter that enhance miner onboarding speed, payout
transparency, and trust through better monitoring tools. -
Design and launch referral and partnership programs to attract B2B miners and mining farms.

Develop scalable user acquisition systems through crypto media, communities (Telegram, Discord,
Reddit), international conferences, and ambassador programs. -
Manage the marketing budget to maintain ROI 150%.
Requirements:

3-5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing or Product Marketing Manager in crypto companies.

Deep understanding of mining, pool operations, and Proof-of-Work mechanisms.

Hands-on experience building user acquisition funnels and optimizing unit economics.

Proven ability in strategic marketing and managing budgets over $100K/month.
