DevOps

A large international crypto company is seeking an experienced engineer to help build and evolve an internal platform used by dozens of product teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve the internal platform (Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, networking services).

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.

• Create golden paths and reusable, standardized pipeline templates in GitLab CI.

• Develop automation tools (CLI utilities, Kubernetes operators).

• Ensure the platforms reliability and security (Vault, Keycloak, Nessus).

• Advise development teams on architecture and effective use of the platform.

• At the initial stage, participate in team support and triage to gain a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.

We are looking for an expert who:

• Has hands-on experience with bare metal (Hetzner, OVH, Selectel, etc.) and cloud providers (AWS, DigitalOcean, Vultr).

• Has excellent command of Terraform and Ansible.

• Possesses deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm, Harbor).

• Is familiar with CI/CD (GitLab CI), monitoring, and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki).

• Has a solid understanding of networking technologies (CNI, Cilium, NGINX/Ingress, Cloudflare Enterprise).

• Has worked with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis) and storage systems (MinIO, S3).

• Has experience with security and authentication solutions (Vault, Keycloak, Teleport).

• Is familiar with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).

• Builds tools and services in Go or Python.
