CRM Copywriter

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Copywriter to craft compelling written content for customer relationship management (CRM) campaigns, such as emails and in-app messages, to guide customers through their journey, improve engagement, and drive repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Writing texts for e-mail, push, and other communications, including short product articles, based on briefs from the Product and CRM teams.
• Collaboration with the CRM team and designers at the stages of creating, approving, and refining creatives (experience working in Figma is highly desirable).
• Analyzing the effectiveness of texts (CTR, open rate, conversions) together with the CRM team and participating in preparing reports with hypotheses for improving texts and approaches.
• Translating texts into English.

Requirements

• English - C1
• At least one year of copywriting experience in the crypto industry
• Copywriting experience in English is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Punctuality in all aspects of work (submitting materials, participating in conference calls)
• Experience writing SEO-optimized texts
• Experience using text verification services (http://text.ru, advego, copyleaks, etc.)
