We're looking for a hands-on Team Lead / Engineering Lead to own the Payout & Rewards domain: payout backoffice, transaction building, multisig, rewards reconciliation and correctness of financial calculations.

What you'll do
  • Lead a cross-functional team (BE/FE/QA): goals, 1:1s, feedback, hiring support
  • Own delivery: planning, grooming, prioritization, predictable execution, metrics
  • Own architecture for payouts, transactions, multisig, reconciliation, APIs & integrations
  • Drive monolith-to-services extraction: decomposition, migration, target architecture
  • Ensure data consistency, calculation correctness, SLA, monitoring & alerting
  • Stay hands-on: build and review core backend logic in Go, design APIs, mentor via code reviews
  • Support and migrate legacy components (NodeJS / C#) where needed
Requirements
  • 3+ years as Team Lead / Tech Lead
  • Strong backend experience with Go (primary language)
  • Experience with high-load and/or computation-heavy systems
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, transactions, data consistency
  • Proven experience extracting services from a monolith / working with legacy
  • Practical experience with API design, CI/CD, code review, QA processes, monitoring/SLA
  • Working experience with NodeJS or C# (legacy support/migration)
Nice to have
  • Blockchain domain: transactions, nodes, rewards, mining/payout protocols
  • Fintech/billing/payout/reward engine experience
  • Understanding of PPS / PPLNS or similar reward models
