We are looking for a Senior CRM Data Analyst to lead analytical projects that drive customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value across EMCDs ecosystem including mining, trading, and investment products.

This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with deep experience in customer analytics, segmentation, and experiment design. You will play a key part in building CRM analytical frameworks, uncovering insights from user behavior, and supporting strategic decisions that optimize growth and retention in a fast-paced fintech and crypto environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain analytical frameworks for CRM and customer lifecycle performance across EMCDs products.
  • Develop and automate dashboards and reports to track key CRM and lifecycle metrics (Active base, Activation Rate, Retention, CLV, ARPU, Churn, DAU/MAU etc).
  • Build full-funnel analytics and RFM segmentation models, and develop methodologies for defining user activity and engagement levels.
  • Calculate and model Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and other core monetization and retention metrics across user segments.
  • Conduct advanced segmentation of the user base (by product usage, activity level, lifecycle stage, and behavioral factors).
  • Design, monitor, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, applying statistical methods to evaluate significance and business impact.
  • Partner with CRM, Product, and Marketing teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies for engagement, upsell, and reactivation.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency, collaborating with data engineering teams to validate event tracking and CRM data pipelines.
  • Visualize key findings and trends through BI tools and communicate insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM analytics tools, data models, and processes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM technology and capability management (preferably within FinTech, Crypto, SaaS, Telco, or Gaming industries).
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms, communication channels, and data platform infrastructure and architecture.
  • Practical experience preparing business and technical requirements for CRM and data platforms, as well as performing testing and system integrations.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM and analytics tools such as Customer.io , Braze, SAS MA, Pushwoosh, Amplitude, Metabase, and SQL (query level).
  • Proven track record in developing, integrating, and optimizing CRM tools and communication channels.
  • Fluency in Russian and strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) are required.
