Weve been in the market for over 7 years and are rapidly expanding our global presence. As our workload grows, were looking for another Enduser Services Manager to join our team.
What youll do:
Google Workspace Administration:
- Manage users, groups, security policies, Gmail, Drive, Meet, and other related services.
- Oversee Google Workspace integrations with external systems and ensure proper SSO authentication.
Technical Support:
- Resolve incidents related to security, access, and performance of Google Workspace, Slack, Bitwarden, and other platforms.
- Manage service requests in Jira Service Management including analysis, categorization, and routing of requests.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare user guides and maintain the divisions internal wiki.
- Generate regular reports on the status and effectiveness of support operations and information security processes.
Endpoint Security:
- Manage mobile devices using MDM (policy configuration, troubleshooting).
- Participate in implementation and maintenance of DLP (Data Loss Prevention) systems: incident analysis, handling false positives, rule configuration.
IT/Security System Implementation & Maintenance:
- Assist in deploying new systems and configuring existing ones to meet organizational requirements.
- Automate routine processes to enhance efficiency.
What were looking for:
- Relevant degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT/information security in a corporate environment.
- Solid understanding of network architecture; hands-on experience with networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, VPN, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS (core components, OS commands, and services).
- Proven experience implementing, installing, and configuring security and IT solutions.
- Experience in developing and optimizing business processes for IT service delivery and end-user support.
- Hands-on expertise configuring alerts, notifications, and security/IT rules (DLP, IDM, IAM, MDM) to comply with organizational policies.
- Ability to provide technical support and consulting to non-specialists when required.
- Excellent self-organization skills for managing workload and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience managing corporate Google Workspace.
- Administration of Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management.
- Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, or Google Apps Script.
