UX Writing Team Lead / Content Design Manager

Hey there! We're EMCD. We're building an ecosystem of crypto products Wallet, P2P, mining pool, and more to help people use money for creating, not just surviving.

We've been around for over seven years and are quickly growing internationally. Now we're looking for a Lead to step in, guide our expanding UX writing team, improve our workflows, and help the team grow professionally.

What you'll do:

• Build and optimize workflows for product copy, including Jira setups, templates, and automation
• Establish a scalable framework for evaluating the quality and impact of interface copy
• Oversee workload planning across the team, ensuring clear priorities and predictable delivery
• Develop and maintain a competency and leveling framework to support growth and career progression
• Strengthen alignment with product teams to ensure consistent prioritization and deep product immersion for UX writers
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration with research, localization, content, marketing, and legal partners
• Lead hiring, onboarding, recurring 1:1s, and other core people-management and admin responsibilities
• Maintain and evolve internal documentation and knowledge assets, including editorial guidelines and glossaries

What we're are looking for:

• 3+ years working with UX copy, with a solid understanding of UX and product design principles
• Experience managing a team
• Proven experience implementing processes and driving change
• English and Russian proficiency at C1/C2 level
• Basic understanding of and interest in crypto, fintech, and Web3
• Basic skills in Figma and Miro
• Experience with localization and familiarity with translation management systems (PoEditor, Crowdin, etc.)
• Comfort working in a high-uncertainty environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for your point of view
