As we continue to expand our B2B Payments business, we are looking for an Account Manager who will become a trusted advisor for our clients and partners, ensuring a seamless customer journey from onboarding to long-term growth.

About the role

Remote | Full-time

As an Account Manager B2B Payments, you will be the main point of contact for B2B clients and providers throughout the full client lifecycle: from onboarding and activation to growth, upsell, and long-term retention.

You will coordinate communication between clients, Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, Sales, and external providers to ensure smooth onboarding, stable operations, and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own B2B client onboarding from handover to go-live.
  • Guide clients through tiers, limits, KYB/KYC requirements, and upgrades.
  • Coordinate Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, Sales, and provider interactions.
  • Manage KYB/KYC blockers, limit increase requests, contracts, bugs, and escalations.
  • Monitor and manage provider performance, SLA, pricing, coverage, and integrations.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and prepare client context for Sales.
  • Activate new products, tiers, and limits after deal closure.
  • Collect, structure, and prioritize client feedback and product requests.
  • Share customer insights with Product and close the feedback loop with clients.
  • Build long-term client relationships and drive retention, growth, and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Management, or other B2B client-facing roles.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Understanding of KYB/KYC, compliance-driven onboarding, and B2B payment operations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate clients, internal teams, and external providers.
  • Structured approach to documentation, follow-ups, and escalation.
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with crypto payments, stablecoins, fiat rails, custody, or digital asset infrastructure.
  • Experience working with providers such as payment processors, KYB/KYC platforms, or compliance vendors.
  • Experience with API-based products and technical integrations.
