Senior ORM manager

EMCD is a global Web3 infrastructure company building an ecosystem that includes Pool, Coinhold, Wallet, Exchange, and P2P products.

We are looking for an ORM (Online Reputation Management) Manager to strengthen EMCDs digital reputation across key GEOs, build a positive brand environment, and protect the company from reputational risks. This role is perfect for someone who combines analytical thinking, crisis management skills, and a hands-on approach to navigating fast-moving online spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage EMCDs reputation across priority GEOs and digital platforms. 

• Build a positive brand presence on Reddit, Quora, forums, and through SEO-optimized articles. 
• Handle crises, toxic threads, negative narratives, and product-related criticism. 
• Ensure SERP visibility by filling search results with relevant, positive, and authoritative content (SEO-ORM). 
• Create and manage crowd-marketing campaigns across multiple regions. 
• Maintain and optimize KPI metrics related to sentiment, reach, and visibility. 
• Manage and coordinate a network of crowd/ORM agents and contributors. 
• Maintain and develop a structured database of reputational incidents.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ORM/SERM, ideally in crypto, fintech, or other high-risk industries.
• Hands-on experience working with Reddit, Quora, and community-driven platforms. 
• Experience in crowd marketing and managing distributed agent networks. 
• Strong understanding of SEO-ORM, SERP monitoring, and search reputation mechanics. 
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure processes clearly and efficiently.
