About the job Commercial Data Analyst
We are looking for a Commercial Data Analyst who will work closely with Sales, CRM and Call Center teams to improve commercial performance, build transparent reporting, and support decision-making with data. The role is ideal for someone who loves structure, communicates clearly, and can turn messy requirements into actionable insights.
What you will do

Build dashboards and reporting to evaluate performance of commercial teams (Sales, CRM, Contact Center).

Analyze funnels, unit economics, and retention/upsell/cross-sell processes; find opportunities for growth.

Translate high-level business questions into structured analytical tasks.

Develop monitoring and alerting to track deviations in key metrics.

Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, set priorities and deliver insights fast and accurately.

Contribute to improving data models and defining analytical requirements for ETL processes.
What we expect
Must-have:
-
4+ years in analytics (Commercial/Sales/Business/CRM analytics preferred).

Strong SQL: CTEs, window functions, query optimization.

Ability to structure complex logic into clear steps, formulas, and visualizations.

Working Python knowledge (for automation / processing / light modeling).

Experience with BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Superset).

Experience running or evaluating A/B tests.

Passion for systematization and bringing order to data.

Experience with ETL processes.
Nice-to-have:

Experience in marketing analytics or B2B analytics.

Knowledge of Git, Airflow, DBT.

Experience in tech/product companies.
