• Greet guests as they arrive with a friendly, welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Efficiently manage guest reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist guests with any questions or requests and ensure a seamless dining experience.

• Collaborate with servers and other team members to maintain a high level of service and guest satisfaction.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting front-of-house area at all times.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.

• A positive, professional attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.

• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

• Flexibility with scheduling, including nights and weekends.
