Job: Senior Account Manager (Banking/Mortgages)

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Working arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

We're expanding our reach and are looking for a Key Account Manager to spearhead the growth of our broker business. This role is critical to the companys growth strategy. You'll be at the forefront of this effort, advocating for change, building strong business cases, setting ambitious targets, and, most importantly, achieving them.

For the role, some of the key Responsibilities include:

  • Drive the growth and adoption of the Broker Business in Ireland and international
  • markets.
  • Serve as the primary advocate for the mortgage broker segment, ensuring their
  • needs and insights shape our product offerings.
  • Lead efforts to increase the usage of our products, ensuring that customer KPIs are
  • consistently met or exceeded.
  • Represent the business at industry events, clearly communicating our value
  • proposition and differentiators.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with financial institutions and brokers,
  • positioning our solutions as the go-to choose in the market.
  • Develop and communicate a compelling roadmap for customers, highlighting how
  • they can benefit from upcoming features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and
  • engineering, to ensure alignment and deliver impactful changes that drive business
  • growth.

We are looking for people with the below Experience:

  • Gained over 5 years experience in the mortgage broker industry, with an established network of relationships.
  • Proven ability to work closely with customers, understand their business challenges, and translate those into actionable technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Experience in providing mortgage advice is a distinct advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage process, including packaging and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and the broader market landscape.
