We are looking for a talented Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple complex technical projects, working directly with customers to ensure their needs are met. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and proactively addressing issues to ensure project success. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both business and technical requirements.

We are looking for talented Technical Project Managers ideally from a SaaS background who is used to working on multiple projects simultaneously. You should have an independent mind understanding that if there is a project delay, what impact is that likely to have. You will be technical understanding the SDLC with experience delivering projects in that domain.

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in technical project or program management, successfully delivering complex, customer-facing projects in a fast-paced environment, preferably within Financial Services or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and manage customer expectations. Experience in navigating difficult conversations and finding win-win solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and solve problems, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building, motivating, and developing high-performing technical teams. Ability to inspire and guide teams towards successful project outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and experience in implementing and scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Ability to present complex technical information clearly and effectively to varied audiences.
  • Experience coordinating technical resources and managing the delivery of complex infrastructure projects. Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business objectives.
  • Strong financial management skills with experience managing large project budgets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate internal and external challenges in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Proven ability to creatively solve problems, find innovative solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances with limited resources.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant Agile certifications highly desirable.
  • Experience in Fintech and/or SaaS, particularly within highly regulated environments, is a distinct advantage.
