We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Manager to oversee a growing residential portfolio in one of London's most prestigious and vibrant neighbourhoods. This is a rare opportunity to take a leadership role in a premium build-to-rent environment, managing a team of passionate professionals and ensuring a consistently exceptional resident experience. As Senior Property Manager, you will lead the property management function across a high-end rental portfolio that will grow to over 3,000 apartments within the next two years. You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team performance, reporting directly to the General Manager. Youll be managing a team of Property and Assistant Property Managers across multiple sites, including the launch of a brand-new residential building in late 2025.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing property management team.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
- Implement and audit standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor team performance through regular reviews and development plans.
- Ensure excellence in all operational areas including:
- Rent collection and arrears management
- Maintenance coordination and inspections
- Health & safety compliance
- Unit turn management and deposit handling
- Resident engagement and issue resolution
- Utility and energy efficiency management
- Foster positive and collaborative culture within the team and among residents.
- Act as a brand ambassador by upholding the highest standards of professionalism and service.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in residential property management, ideally within a premium or high-end customer environment.
- A natural team leader with the ability to inspire, coach and hold people accountable.
- Level 4 Certificate in Residential Letting and Property Management (or equivalent) is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of residential property law and health & safety compliance.
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
- Skilled in managing sensitive situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Excellent IT and communication skills.
