Graphic / Video Designer

We are currently looking for a candidate for a short-term contract position as a Graphic/Video Designer.

Role Purpose:

The resource will support design work across key PLC initiatives:

• Intranet revamp
  Improve overall visual design and user experience
• Social media campaigns
  Create engaging, consistent visuals to strengthen visibility
• Website updates
  Refresh design elements to align with PLC's positioning
• Learning calendar optimisation
  Improve layout and visual clarity for better usability

Requirements:

• Strong experience in digital design (web, campaigns, social media)
• Ability to produce clean, modern, user-friendly visuals
• Able to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles is an added advantage

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Figma / UI design tools (for web or intranet layouts)
• Strong visual storytelling and layout skills
• Ability to translate briefs into clear, engaging visuals
• Basic knowledge of digital content formats (social media, web, banners)
