About the job Project Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and transportation activities for project materials and equipment.
- Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and logistics status updates.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, customs agents, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate import/export documentation and customs clearance processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites, warehouses, or operational locations.
- Track shipment movement and provide logistics status reporting.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, delays, and transportation challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, shipping regulations, and project requirements.
- Maintain logistics records, shipping documentation, and inventory tracking reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–7 years of logistics or supply chain experience within Oil & Gas, EPC, Marine, or related industries.
- Experience handling project logistics, freight forwarding, or material coordination.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and customs documentation.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
