Scope of Works:
- Lead and oversee the entire procurement lifecycle from planning, sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, to contract award and supplier performance management.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support project execution in line with MMHEs business objectives and client requirements.
- Manage procurement for EPC/EPCI projects, including major equipment, bulk materials, subcontract services, and logistics.
- Review and approve purchase requisitions, bid evaluations, and recommendations in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, ISO standards, and project-specific procurement plans.
- Liaise with project management, engineering, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination between technical and commercial requirements.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize cost and delivery.
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships to enhance sourcing capabilities and vendor performance.
- Monitor procurement KPIs (cost savings, lead time, supplier performance) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor, guide, and supervise the procurement team to enhance capability and performance.
Minimum Requirement(s):
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the oil & gas, marine, or EPC/EPCI industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and commercial practices in large-scale projects.
