QA/QC Manager

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across offshore, onshore, and fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all engineering, procurement, and construction work complies with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the project Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and reports.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and quality assessments on-site and off-site.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage and mentor QA/QC personnel, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and classification societies on quality matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or related discipline).
• 10 to 15 years of QA/QC experience in offshore, marine, or heavy fabrication projects, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, API, ASME, ABS, DNV, or other relevant standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
