Responsibilities

To lead operational execution and coordination of construction and upgrading activities at site ensuring safe and efficient delivery of offshore/onshore operations.

  • Lead site operational teams during construction and commissioning phases.
  • Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
  • Coordinate interface activities among multiple contractors.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE and integrity standards.
  • Support commissioning and startup readiness.
  • Provide technical leadership for offshore facility upgrades.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years oil & gas experience.
  • Minimum 7 years as Operation Team Leader.
  • Extensive offshore construction experience.
